    "Not much of a problem people walk their dogs all the time. Most of the people I see walking their dogs have their dogs on a leash as well as carry a bag with them to pick up the waste. The streets and sidewalks are very spacious so you don’t end up being in anyone’s way."

It is centrally located and you can get to almost any where around the city in 10 minutes or less. There is a fairly "old" population in this area. Most homes have been owned by the same family or person since it was built. People are friendly and neighborly. "

With the addition of DestiNY USA, eclectic restaurants, and Armory Square there is a lot to be excited about. A really good place for creative small business owners to offer something fun during those days in Syracuse. Living is nice and people can be helpful and want a better place for all. Be part of that positive change and shift and make this area more amazing, safe, wonderful, fun, diverse, & dynamic than one could ever imagine. "

    "I live in this neighborhood for a long time, I know most of the neighbors they are so nice and respectful and they watch for each other which it is good. Most of my neighbor that I know they live on this area for at list 40thy to 70thy years. The sidewalks are clean and fixit, everybody keeps their front yard clean which I liked . I love this neighborhood."
