"It’s close to Boston. It has some good schools, friendly neighborhoods and some quite a d safe place to make a living with your family "
  • Owen Ratkevicius
"Lovely residential area of Somerville. Its location is amazing with quick access to multiple squares and is some of the best value for the area. The only downside is the hill does make you get creative living car free however you do get great Zip Car if you need to rent a vehicle. "
  • Allyson H.
"This neighborhood is increasing in value, Union Square is 10 min walk away, Davis and Harvard and Porter Sq are all 15 min walk away. New T stops at Union and Lowell Sts will be walking distance."
  • Jeff
"Quiet and safe and nestled in between Porter, Davis and Union Square. Near all the schools and the green line is coming! "
  • Conrad H.
"Cambria Street is a quiet street with good neighbors. The housing stock is in excellent shape, and we're beginning to see more families with children moving in again. You do not need to own a car to live here; there are five bus lines (83, 85, 87, 88, and 90) within a few blocks, and it's only a 20-minute walk to the MBTA Red Line in Porter Square or Davis Square and a 25-minute walk to Harvard Square. In 2017, the MBTA Green Line extension will provide two stops less than 10 minutes away. We are close to the Market Basket, the best (and busiest) grocery store in Somerville. We are also close to Arts at the Armory, where the Winter Farmer's Market is held, the Somerville Main Library, and the Somerville Museum (which hosts the best artists in Somerville Open Studios)."
