About this House

This townhome is in a community of older townhomes. Near I-75 and close to downtown Ringgold shopping and 10 mins to Battlefield Pkwy. This building recently had the back decks repaired, pressure washed and stained. This apartment has LVP flooring in the living room, tile in the kitchen, dining and bathrooms with carpet that has been cleaned on the stairs and upstairs bedrooms. Walls, trim and doors have been freshly painted, along with outside doors and railings. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets are being painted an expresso brown and all hardware is being changed to brush nickel. Also, all light fixtures, ceiling fans and door hardware will be updated for the new tenant.
The apartments are non-smoking.
Landlord has a separate application if you'd like to apply for the apartment.
No more than 4 people per apartment.

We require a 1 year lease, this includes quarterly pest control service and air filters. Lawncare service is also provided by the landlord. Tenant will be responsible for all utilities, Electric, Water, Internet, Garbage services. If a renter moves in before the 1st of the month, we will prorate the remaining days of September, not charging a full month of rent.
The units are on septic systems, no sewage bill required. In addition to:
