Western/rustic theme, with barn wood walls, and ceilings. Bathroom with tub and shower. Kitchen sink with nice pull-out faucet, full size oven/stove, and a good sized compact fridge with top freezer.

Would be great for an individual wanting to save money, but would rather not deal with roommates. Looking for quiet, responsible, sane, drama-free renter.

Its located about 15 minutes north of San Marcos on 21, about 15 minutes south of Austin taking 183, and 10 minutes to Kyle, Buda or Lockhart. Bastrop is also a pretty close drive on 21.

This is for rent by owner, in a small rural neighborhood. My lot is 1/2 acre, and there are a couple other tiny houses next to this one, with one person living in each.

Available for September 1st move-in, on a month-to-month basis. Requires an $850 deposit, and rent is $850/month for one person, which includes electric, water, and trash, and I do provide bins for recycling.

I do not provide cable or internet service here, as I am trying to keep it as affordable as possible, but the cabin does have a Spectrum hookup, and you are welcome to buy your own service if wanted.

I mow the property myself, so no yard maintenance required for this rental.

Absolutely no cats or dogs inside the cabin at any time, no exceptions!
