Spacious rooms very bright first floor second room second floor shed bathroom and kitchen everyone is responsible for their own actions and clean up we're all encouraged to pitch in to help clean up the common areas and your room no alcohol no drugs everybody has jobs not a party house thank you

Great place to raise children and lots of outdoor activities from your doorstep such as biking, hiking, skiing, snowmobiling, swimming you name it! Birch Hill is nice becasue it's a bike ride to town off West Side Rd which is a quiet, no traffic road! Lots of families in the community and very friendly- your neighbors dog becomes your dog and vice versa! "
