This large property has two duplex units, 4 apartments total, the other 3 apartments have lovely mature friendly tenants residing on property.

But it feels neighborly, people say hi to each other., it feels safe, etc. Our downtown has lots of fun community events - Art Night Out once a month, a Jazz Festivsl, fun parades, community walks, many annual events. It’s fun! "

Northampton has all the good aspects of a large city and a small city. We feel safer than where we lived in the south, and we are close to great restaurants, galleries, shops, bars, music venues, etc. As for Harrison Avenue; we think it is the best street in town!"
