This charming resort will astound you with its beautiful Ozark setting and stunning furnishings. It features air conditioning, Wi-Fi, heating, a shared courtyard, outdoor furniture, a barbecue/picnic area, and a balcony.
Free parking is available at the property for a maximum of 2 cars.
Historic attractions and natural landscapes provide ample entertainment options. The Highway 76 Strip is a 5-minute walk, Dolly Parton's Stampede Dinner Attraction is a 33-minute walk, and the Titanic Museum is a 37-minute walk. Castle Rock Resort and Water Park is a 4-minute drive, the Aquarium at the Boardwalk is a 3-minute drive, Tanger Outlets is a 5-minute drive, and the Hollywood Wax Museum is a 5-minute drive. White Water is a 6-minute drive, Welk Resort Branson Theatre is an 8-minute drive, Sight and Sound Theatre is an 8-minute drive, and Table Rock Lake is a 10-minute drive.
A $100 incidental fee will be charged at the Front Desk during check-in and will be refunded if no incidental charges are accrued. The fireplaces are decorative only. Smoking is prohibited in the unit/house and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. NoiseWare technology may be used to ensure the comfort and security of the guest, and tampering with the device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $200 fine. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine. Pets are not allowed. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation and will pass ID verification upon arrival at the Front Desk.

    "I lived here from around April of 2013 to Feb of 2014 (they let me out of my lease early because of work...which is awesome because i wouldn't have been able to take the job otherwise). I LOVED it! It was in a great location in Branson and it did not have any hint of bad traffic surrounding it despite it's location. The staff was great, they always fixed things right away. Yes they are picky about who the accept to live there and I'm ok with that because that means I'm safer in the long run. The only thing that I was upset about was the fact that they didn't allow pit bulls. They DO allow dogs, don't get me wrong, just not pit bulls. And I was obviously upset about having to give away my puppy after just getting him. But, that's my fault for not asking. Anyway, great place to live would def recommend!! Clean, new, beautiful, great gym & pool..."
