Situated right outside Branson's Theatre District, this resort is a short walk from Highway 76 Strip and a short drive from popular attractions like Dolly Parton's Stampede Dinner Attraction, Titanic Museum, and Castle Rock Resort and Water Park. The Aquarium at the Boardwalk, Tanger Outlets, Hollywood Wax Museum, White Water, Welk Resort Branson Theatre, Sight and Sound Theatre, and Table Rock Lake are all within a 10-minute drive.
An incidental fee of $100 will be charged at check-in and refunded if no incidental charges are accrued. The unit design, style, floor level, and floor plan may vary, and amenities are subject to change. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation and will undergo ID verification at the Front Desk, which is available 24/7. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and balcony, with a $200 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am, and violators will incur a $200 fine. NoiseWare technology may be used to ensure guest comfort and security, and tampering with the device will result in a $200 fine. No parties or events are allowed, with fines ranging from $200 to $500 for violations. Pets are not allowed.

    "I lived here from around April of 2013 to Feb of 2014 (they let me out of my lease early because of work...which is awesome because i wouldn't have been able to take the job otherwise). I LOVED it! It was in a great location in Branson and it did not have any hint of bad traffic surrounding it despite it's location. The staff was great, they always fixed things right away. Yes they are picky about who the accept to live there and I'm ok with that because that means I'm safer in the long run. The only thing that I was upset about was the fact that they didn't allow pit bulls. They DO allow dogs, don't get me wrong, just not pit bulls. And I was obviously upset about having to give away my puppy after just getting him. But, that's my fault for not asking. Anyway, great place to live would def recommend!! Clean, new, beautiful, great gym & pool..."
