Only downfall is the neighbor behind the house likes to store a lot of junk and has access to part of the driveway.

Neighbors have 2000 strangers over each year for biz. 5 acres of poison oaks, Neighbors very noisey all night long with farm animals cost 1000's of dollars to remove a tree. house might have to be 50 feet away from 100's of barn animals."

We have a cultural center, a farmers market, and nationally famous sausage and meat. It's quiet and unique here. Picture apple orchards meet the redwoods.
