While individuals are entitled to personal views, such activity can raise concerns about professionalism and its impact on trust and inclusion within a diverse school community.There are also concerns regarding how students are treated. At times, students who struggle academically or need additional support are spoken to in a dismissive or condescending manner. There have been observations of students being laughed at or discussed disrespectfully by adults, including students receiving special education services.
