There's a strict no smoking policy (not even outdoors on the premises). Pet deposit is $500 monthly pet rent is $30 per pet (up to 2) and we reserve the right to address breeds based on community needs. All rent is collected electronically and all maintenance requests are submitted via app. Unit has 2 dedicated parking spaces and two spaces for guests. Recycling/trash is located behind the building. All adults over 18 must be listed on the lease. No exceptions. All utilities are tenant responsibility unless utility package is added.
