This is a 1 bedroom 1 bath unit is located on a quiet residential street There are ceramic tile floors throughout the unit and it has been freshly painted and updated. It comes with central air, stainless fridge, stove and overhead microwave. There is laundry onsite and each apt also has its own washer dryer hook ups also. Close to shopping, schools, I-4 and a 5 minute drive to the beach!
We do allow pets must be 50 lbs fully grown or less and only 2 pets per unit. There is a $99 non refundable per pet deposit and $20/month per pet rent. No dangerous breed animals allowed please refer to our FAQ Tab for the list of breeds not allowed.

Looking for a place close to school, we are a short hop from Palmer College of Chiropractic's, Embry Riddle Aeronautical University & Bethune-Cookman University, Daytona College and Daytona State College.

There a great variety of restaurants in the area. Just behind the Apartment is a market and other clothing stores. Elementary school is one block away. It is a very nice and quiet area. Police Station and Fire deparment is within 1 mile away."
