"Awful and the there is a lot of theft. A lot of crime. I would not recommend living here. People are rude and go they mail boxes as well."

"Sidewalks aren’t guaranteed, depending on the street, which makes dog walking or jogging a bit of a struggle, but there are a few parks around."

"Many tall evergreens, park-like setting. Older couples with few young kids which we prefer. Close to major arteries and employers for shorter commutes. "

"We just had the local park fixed up, there is an elementary and high school within walking distance. I used to see kids out more often, but the more outdoorsy one all grew up. It's difficult to drive down Kinnaman road once it's within about a half hour of when the high school starts."
