Must love plants and landscaping. The yard is not fenced. The neighborhood is mostly Seniors so young children would not be happy. prefer more mature tenants. Pets welcome. Dogs judged on temperment not breed.

House is on well water (Leaf water softner) and septic system. Garbage is paid by owner. Shared electricity is the only utility bill. The owner reserves the right to park and use her motor home in backyard. The motor home is on a 50 AMP service so it would be necessary to discuss the amount of electricity usage each month. The house has a Mitsubishi mini split AC/HEAT PUMP with 4 individual program units. Tenant landscaping but can be shared with owner. Tools for landscaping is provided by owner.
Frigidaire induction range requires special cookware not provided. W/D provided. Filters for drinking water and ice/water in fridge will be tenants cost. Other costs can be discussed. Serenity garden with plants to attract birds, butterflies and Squirrels maintained by owner.

    "Dogs are welcome, just check the breed and weight restrictions that some communities have. Lots of outdoor dining that is dog friendly, and the dog beach in Flagler is only 20 minutes away! Volusia county is NOT dog friendly on the beaches, no dogs are even allowed in your car. "
