An oasis on 10th Avenue west of downtown. Studio is furnished and complete with a small kitchen, queen bed, full bathroom, and has a cozy couch and table area. Television is equipped with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. High speed internet as well!

There is a small, landscaped garden area with patio furniture and a gas fire pit.

Property is shared by younger professionals with a grad student (above you) and a teacher in the main house (me).

This space is in close proximity to downtown (12 blocks) and the fairgrounds (8 blocks). The University of Oregon is easily accessible through the EMX rapid transit line with the nearest stop two blocks away on Garfield/10th. The area is also bike friendly.

Digital locks and an emergency lock box with keys. Excellent heat/air conditioning. Laundry on-site!

Unit is best suited for one person due to size. No pets to keep impacts low. The property is meant to be a quiet oasis with minimal impacts to other residents and neighbors.

Flexible on lease terms; however, shorter term leases will be slightly more. If staying 3 months or longer then $1200 + $100 utilities.

    "I live close to the bike path. A lot of druggie/homeless persons in the area. My car has been broken into, my bike was stolen off the second story balcony. Neighbors for the most part ok. But others are in your personal business. "

    "I have lived in the Westmoreland area for 2.5 years and I love it! It's quiet, which is my favorite part. 18th is busy, but once you get about a block away, the noise isn't bad. I walk around the neighborhoods nearby a lot with my dog, even in the dark. I feel safe and a lot of the people are very friendly. You can feel secluded, or you can take a quick walk to the store or a restaurant a few minuets away by car. Most properties are well kept and a few even decorate for the holidays."
