About this House

Welcome to my home! You will find EVERYTHING you need for a perfect vacation or long term rental! The kitchen is fully equipped for the chef enthusiast. Your back patio is inviting and ready for a BBQ. You will be able to enjoy lounging by the pool, playing ping pong or hanging out by the fire pit, if you choose!
There are three bedrooms with queen size beds and two full bathrooms. The family room is equipped with a smart TV and free WIFI.
We are located close to all shopping and a short walk away from the Tulare trail and parks!
This home is Dog friendly for an additional fee! So don't leave your fur baby at home!

We have plenary of parking for up to 4 vehicles. We also have RV/Boat parking!

We allow up to two dogs during your stay and must be approved by landlord. Please note, if your fur baby cause damage to the property, renter is responsible for repair or replacement.

We allow smoking outdoors ONLY!

Utilities are included with monthly rental price. (electric, gas, water, trash, television, Wifi.)
There may be requirement for the electricity during mid Summer time) please check with landlord.

The only thing the city has going for it is one luxury movie theater, but they refuse to sell tickets on Fandango."
