The selected tenant will sign a 1 year lease agreement and be expected to deliver the first month's rent and security deposit in the form of a cashier's check, electronic deposit, or ACH prior to key delivery. The selected tenant will also be required to provide a renter's insurance policy naming the owner's as additional insured. An application and application guidelines list can be emailed for review.
