I am a single mother with a 2 year old and another little one on the way.

YOUR PRIVATE spaces include the 2nd floor back bedroom (2 windows) and the downstairs bathroom. Your room comes with an AC unit, a 33" television, and a twin sized bed (you can replace the bed if you like). Your bathroom (one window) comes with a toilet, sink/cabinet, and shower.

MY PRIVATE spaces include the other 2 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs.

OUR SHARED spaces include the basement (you will have a designated space for personal storage), and the kitchen. In the kitchen, you have access to the stove, sink and your own designated cupboard space. You must provide your own mini fridge for storage in your room.

For the sake of my children's privacy, I ask that you don't frequent the living room and dining room unless to visit YOUR bathroom or the kitchen.

The home has been newly renovated within the past 2 years. There is brand new bamboo flooring throughout the home and your room receives direct sunlight in the afternoon.

You are responsible for your own pots, pans, food, cleaning supplies, toiletries, sheets ECT.

No pets allowed. No smoking allowed. No visitors allowed.

The lease is on a 6 month rolling basis and must be signed every 6 months.
