Location! This property is all about location! Nestled on a corner lot between East End and Central Park, you're not too far from anything. This 3 Bedroom/1 Bathroom home has carpeted Front and Back Entries. The Kitchen includes a great Pantry with plenty of storage and workspace. There are both upper and lower cabinets in the pantry with additional counter space for food prep and laundry folding! Included in the kitchen is the side-by-side refrigerator, stove, washer, and dryer unit. Up the stairs to the upper level are the 2 additional bedrooms and bathroom. Immediately to the right at the top of the stairs is a bedroom with closet area and shelving. Down the hallway is a huge 5'4" x 11'4" closet with shelving, forced air heat, and attic access. The third bedroom sits just across the hall. The bathroom is located at the end of the hall on the upper level and is giant! Vanity sink with lighting and a tub with shower, this 9'10"x11'7" bathroom has lots of potential! The Back Entry has a walkway leading from the parking pad, great for carrying in groceries. And once inside, the Back Entry hosts enough room to get bundled before heading out into the cold. Outside the yard has some wonderful trees, a parking pad, sidewalks, and 2 good sized storage sheds with access to electricity. Near public transportation, local grocery stores, and restaurants, this place is all about location!
