Fridge in 2021, stove in 2020, washer and dryer are 6 years old. The kitchen has had a nice facelift with newer cabinets, silestone counter tops, new and modern kitchen sink and trendy light fixtures. It features a breakfast bar and a laundry chute to the basement laundry. The flooring in the home consists of newer carpet in the living room, ceramic tile in the entry, hardwood flooring in the bedrooms, vinyl flooring in the bathroom and laminate flooring in the kitchen and dining area. The stairs to the upper level are huge and wide and beautiful and perfect for prom photos. The upper level has 2 huge bedrooms with large closets You have to see one of them, I will leave that as a nice surprise for you! The bathroom is updated and clean as a whistle. Out back is a deck that is perfect for a small gathering, plenty of off street parking and a medium plastic shed for storage. There is probably plenty of room for a future garage! So much for so little, you will love this home.
