Sorry for delay in interior pics. Wife had two surgeries. Secluded mini farm used for growing organic vegetables. Ground is some of the best you will ever find for farming. We put up around 700 quarts of canned food each year. Has stocked pond with fish. Has three good water wells plus city water. Lots of very large oak trees. 15 acres with around 7 acres cleared. Has large workshop and horse barn. Absolutely a beautiful place. We lived and raised our children here for 22 years. Lots of squirrels, dear and wild turkey. Available to show by appointment only. No trespassing. Price includes house and 15 acres but will discount if you want less land.
We heated with wood and had propane for back up. Wood stove doesn’t come with house. Price includes brand new 4 ton mini split unit for heat and A/C. It has been scheduled to be installed. Originally built by Mennonites so the ceiling are a little lower than normal. They did this to make it easier to cool and heat. Also a couple of bedrooms had no closets upstairs. I’m a contractor and can build some if you like. We used armoires for closets. Utility room is huge and has concrete floor with epoxy. We used the room ten years as a living room kitchenette and had an elderly couple that lived with us. The rest of the time it was used for cleaning vegetables and storing can goods. Has walk-in closet across the hall from master bedroom. 2 pantries.
