You will find a Small-town atmosphere that has a 1/2 drive from Santa Barbara, 1/2 hour drive from Vandenberg Air Force Base and a half-hour drive to Santa Maria and 15 minutes from other Santa Ynez Valley towns such as Buellton, Los Olivos or Santa Ynez. Has a natural gas fireplace, private balcony with privacy screens, stackable washer/dryer hook-ups as well as an on-site laundry room and central air heating. Kitchen comes with a gas stove, dishwasher and garbage disposal. There is a swimming pool, onsite manager, responsive maintenance. The Master Bathroom has a private bath, well-lit vanity area and 1 walk-in closet. Grocery and banking within 1/2 mile. The California Distinguished School is 1/2 mile down Laurel Ave. and the Senior Center, Sherriff Dept. and library are across Maple Ave. On-site parking is provided. Owner pays for garbage pickup; renter pays for electric, gas and water. We are firm about no pets. It is a No Smoking facility. One year lease. There is a $25 fee per adult for a credit check.

Recreation includes sports of all kinds, hiking, hunting, fishing, lake activities, outdoor theater, movie theater, casino, spas, modern YMCA, 5 golf courses within 20 minutes, great independent restaurants, and wine tasting excursions."
