Income must be 3x the rent. Application fee is $45 per adult applicant.

6, 9 or 12 month lease is preferred.
-requires clean credit (620 or higher) and must be able to pass a criminal background check on all occupants
-each applicant/co-signer needs to earn 3X the rental amount. If voucher recipient, the applicant must make 3x their required contribution and pay all utilities. We require rental insurance as a condition of occupancy.

-EXCELLENT landlord and employment references;
-$70 application fee per adult person
-$500 nonrefundable pet deposit-we prefer pets under 30 pounds.

    "There is access to the downtown area by bus but you must walk a few blocks to the main bus route unless you don’t mind transferring. I personally don’t like the main bus route (x2) it’s generally a lot of chaos and overcrowding. The busses run oddly as well. "
