Laundry is located in the basement common area and is free for tenant use. Shared spaces are expected to be kept clean and respectful for all residents.

Street parking is preferred.

be respectful of other tenants in the unit and other units, keep areas clean, reasonably sanitary. uncleanliness is not tolerated, hoarding not tolerated, food under bed, etc no tolerated AT ALL. You will be charged for extra pest control expense due to uncleanliness that brings in pests.
Please pull weeds in back & front yard. A well-kept home is a deterrent to thieves. Shows people in the house are paying attention to their surroundings.
PEST CONTROL... sprays quarterly interior and exterior. Keeping apartment clean controls, unnecessary pests therefore incurring cost.

Communication is key with the landlords. We aren't a property management company. You call, text, email us, we will respond within 24-48 hours. We care about our tenants and strive to be fair, honest, have a safe home and expect the same from our tenants.

Re pets: If you need an emotional support pet, please.. please talk with your roommates first, then us, BEFORE showing up with a pet. Asking prior to getting the pet is respectful to all involved.

Roommate issues: We will not be involved in roommate drama outside the law & lease agreement. Communication and abiding by rules/policy are keys to a peaceful roommate co-habitation.
