"Boring, with older overpriced home. Plenty of homes in the area rent to FGCU students and there are lots of drunken parties, speeding cars, texting teens, loud noise past curfews, overflowing cars in driveways that spill out to sidewalks and disallow school kids to safely access business stops. mostly bad bahia grass that dies at winter leaving most lawns ugly. Restaurant scene is non existant but the positive is that it's a short drive OUT of the area to better things!"

"I live here. great neighborhood with schools right down the road and quick access to I-75, the airport, and Gulf Coast Town Center which consist of tons of shops, restaurants, and IMAX movie theater."

"Close to everything. Excellent schools from Pre school to college. Shopping, and restaurants for every taste very close by. Entertainment weather you like the nightlife, the movies or miniature golf. Beautiful Parks, Tennis, basketball, jogging, soccer, and great playgrounds for any age child. Plus the airport is very close by too. It has to be one of the best areas in Lee County,for EVERYTHING. "

"This is a great area. Close to schools, and a huge park. There are many children of all ages as well as retired folks. It's a good place to live. Shopping and entertainment is very close by,and community pools. The park is beautiful and well taken care of. It's a clean area too. 3 oaks area is a great place to live."
