About this House

9+ acres for sale, bordering the Little Kanawha River and the outlet of Walker Creek. Very private piece of property, and very good fishing, has had updated electric, new bathroom, city water, and a boat dock. Has a very old house on it, the house is 165 years old. I would say the house is not livable, but I did use it as a camp for a couple of year, that is why I have the electric service installed. I have a demolition permit for the tear down of the house, just figured I would try to sell it with it on there in case the new owners wanted it. From here I boat down to the Ohio River alot and also up river the the Hughes River.

"I have lived here for three years now and it is quiet laid back and peaceful. For the most part yes I feel safe with having packages delivered to my front door and it is a small community but very friendly and down to earth kinda a country setting on the outskirts "
