The space is for men, or possibly a couple with the child who needs both rooms. There are actually two bedrooms, a big one and a smaller one. The big one comes with the queen bed, the big one has a large walk-in closet. The big one is $650 a month, the small one comes with no furnishing and is $600 a month. The rest of the house is fully furnished and stocked including the kitchen there will be a second refrigerator. You can use all the kitchen stuff you can use the living room you can use the rest of the space. There is a young couple living here, the owners. We will hold our tenants to LDS standards. No drugs alcohol or smoking. Traditional Chastity standards. No young women staying the night even if they're your sister. The space is available immediately. You must have a take-home pay of at least $1,500 a month if you're getting one room or $3,000 for two rooms. Perfect for someone with no furniture and very little to store.

No smoking or drinking inside or out. No coming home drunk. No guests who smells strongly of cigarettes. No young adult women staying the night.

    "There are a lot of schools and many are max capacity as they can’t seem to keep up with the growth of the area. Commutes out of town can take a long time, but they are near completion on many new roads and improvements for travel. Overall though you can’t find a more friendly city with MANY free activities and a wonderful sense of community."
