Cars do not aways have back cameras to see them. Kids already expect people to be able to see them because they've been exposed to the cameras on their parents vehicles"

    "We’ve lived in our neighborhood for 15yrs and have loved every minute. It’s an old fashioned - yes you can borrow a cup of sugar neighborhood. People are always outdoors, friendly, helpful and willing to stop whatever they’re doing to talk. Most yards are extremely well kept. Dog walkers are conscious of pet etiquette. There is a really nice mix of people. Ages have run from newborn to newlywed, college, career, retired and even 103 yrs old. It’s a really nice place to come home to. "
