    "I lived here for 20 years and have been visiting the area for 32 years, this is very nice area and I would not consider this the Congdon area it would be the Woodland area. Lots of young people in the area as well. Very comfortable neighborhood with many areas to walk, shop, and enjoy."

Great neighborhood restaurants with grocery stores, post office, library... within a mile. Great place to live for those who are looking for a safe, convenient neighborhood."
