East Hillside is known for its proximity to the University of Minnesota Duluth, The College of St. Scholastica, the incredible Chester Park and downtown Duluth. The neighborhood is made up of historic homes and young residents. In the area, stop by the new Bluestone Development, grab a bite to eat at restaurants like Burrito Union, Sara's Table, and Tavern on the Hill and after get outside and explore green spaces like the sprawling Chester Park and the quaint Portland Square. Also nearby you have multiple options for necessities like groceries and gas, making this neighborhood full of character and natural amenities, just as convenient as it is green.

Tenants are responsible for the monthly rent charges of $1775 as well as the electric utility. Additionally, a garbage fee of $10 per occupant, along with a monthly technology fee of $6.95 per account, are applied directly to your rent charges each month. We provide a liability insurance option at $18 through our in-house policy, though tenants also have the flexibility and freedom to secure their own coverage if preferred.
