Several preschools are close, and the public neighborhood schools are Pearl Zanker Elementary, Rancho Milpitas Middle, and top-rated Milpitas High School. (Please verify enrollment information.) Milpitas also has a number of strong private schools.

The unit has central air conditioning and heating, many windows plus a sliding glass door to a small balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel applicances -- gas range, double-door refrigerator, dishwasher and a reverse osmosis drinking water filtration system. The kitchen countertops are marble.

The townhouse development has a pool and small play area plus a clubhouse. A nice park is a short walk away.
