It would Not be ideal for someone looking for a roomy residence with outdoor space.

LOCATION
The unit is located very close to the 4th Street Retro Row and Art Theatre. It is a first floor unit with assigned parking just steps ( like ten ) from your front door.

FEATURES
Features include extra large twin bed, dining table, comfortable seating, walk-in closet, TV and kitchen with cooktop, microwave and refrigerator. Rent includes utilities ( electricity, water and trash ).

DOWNSIDES
No outdoor amenities.
Parking lot / alley access.
No A/C.
No traditional oven.

REQUIREMENTS
We require a good credit score ( 670+ ) and verifiable minimum gross income of 2.5x rent.
One year lease and security deposit of $1,300 required.
Must provide proof of income and credit report with application.
No Smoking.

LOCATION INSTRUCTIONS
The unit has a Florida Street mailing address but is accessed via a small parking lot off 4th street. The parking lot (used by Ashley's Bar) is approximately midway between Walnut and Hermosa. The unit is in a gray building at the end of the parking lot on the left side of the building ( see photo).
