Two-bedroom 1 bath house in fairly quiet neighborhood, walk or bike to CSUC and downtown. Gas stove, gas heat, AC. Small basement with laundry. Should be available around June 1st. One year lease. No dogs please. $1550/ MO. You can message me here for an appointment to see the inside. Please do not disturb the tenants. I will delete this post when it is rented so please don't ask me if it's available. Due to all the scams I will not respond to generic messages. The pictures of the inside of the house are five years old.

There is a sense of community that it very hard to find. You could leave your front door unlocked and most likely no one would try to get in. It feels safe"
