A nice 1945 built house in very good condition on a large corner lot.

The neighborhood is very quiet, friendly and peaceful.

Newly refinished hardwood floors throughout.

Ceramic tile kitchen floor.

Newly constructed laundry facility and pantry added to kitchen (not represented in the photos yet)

There is a sitting area in the front yard, and a firepit patio area in the backyard.

4 Adirondack yard chairs included.

The perimeter fence is covered with Night Blooming Jasmine.

The house is slightly elevated from the street level, so it has a very nice feel. There is lots of light that can come in.

There are ceiling fans in the living room, and each bedroom.

There is a traditional gas wall heater that functions very well

Functional windows allow nice airflow throughout the house.

The kitchen is vintage, and in good condition, but now includes a clothes washer and dryer system and additional pantry space.

Under counter lights for kitchen counter space

Newer kitchen sink and faucet.

Refrigerator, stove, and microwave hood are included (microwave hood not represented in photos yet).

There are future plans to convert the garage to an ADU. Daytime construction noise will be possible for several months. At that time, the ADU tenants will have a seperate and private entrance, so it will not affect this rental.

  • Lisa S.
"I live here. There is a warm cozy feeling in this neighborhood. People are always jogging down my street or walking their dogs. There are many tree lined streets in this tract, with charming old historic homes. There's nothing cookie cutter about this area. We have old spanish style, cottages and bungalows. The people here are friendly, and welcoming. Shops and restaurants are at walkable distances. The freeways are conveniently located without being too close to hear. The weather is perfect, being only 4.5 miles away from the ocean. This part of Long Beach is the perfect compromise between L.A. and Orange county. I absolutely love it!"
