Within walking distance of Pick N' Save. Within one mile of various restaurants and shopping. Credit check and criminal background check will be conducted on all applicants. Minimum 600 credit score required. Qualified applicants receive half off the first month's rent and potentially only have to pay half a month's rent toward security deposit with a year lease. Cats considered with extra rent and deposit. This apartment is available now.
