I'm renting out two of the bedrooms in my 4 bedroom, 2 bath home. One is furnished as a bedroom, the other as a den. The rooms and private bath are all down their own hallway. The bedroom has blackout curtains in case you work nights.
You are welcome to use the kitchen and laundry, of course, along with the living room/dining area. The backyard is a good size with a nice deck; parking is on the driveway.
