It's a short walk to Belhaven University, Native Coffee, and Belhaven Town Center, it's also walking distance to Laurel Park and so much that the neighborhood has to offer. There's washer and dryer hook up, original hardwood floors, and a ton of charm in this apartment. There's also a newly remodeled deck just off the kitchen for outdoor seating. The backyard has a covered storage for each unit as well if you need to store a bike or kayak or other items. There is both on an off-street parking available.

We offer 6, 9, and 12 month leases. 6 month leases are an additional $50 to the market rent per month, 9 month leases are and additional $20 to the market rent per month.

    "my comments speak for themselves. safety: car jackings and robberies in the last month. pet friendly: cars come flying through here, few sidewalks. walkability: average for MS which means poor. One park, modest playground, taken over weekly by by unrestrained dogs and their beer drinking owners. Traffic? has no respect for marked signs. No transportation to anywhere, no retail areas close by (except the "crack-a-co" on state street and kiefers. why are these fixer uppers so over priced? look at some of these listings. geez. "
