Our 2nd rental bedroom, available Oct. 1, 2026, shares a full bathroom with the other rental bedroom. About 170 sq ft on the main level. Fully furnished. No pets, tobacco, or addiction issues. $900/month includes utilities. Refundable $300 deposit.

Looking for female only, since renter shares the bathroom with the other renter, Laura. Guests are permitted. Renter needs to be low drama and responsible. Laura and I are both on disability, peaceful, a bit messy, and accepting of all kinds of people. Laura's dog is small, elderly, quiet, and friendly.

Quiet, airy, comfortable, large house. Renter has access to all common areas of the house, including living room, dining room, attached greenhouse, kitchen, sunroom, pantry and laundry area, and all appliances. The lot is full of gardens and paths to enjoy. Free parking in driveway or on street.

Neighborhood is safe and quiet with houses on only one side of street--trees on the other. Near Catawba College, restaurants, coffee shops, hardware store, gas stations, grocery store, and pharmacies. City greenway within easy walking distance. Very near hospital. Just a few miles from downtown Salisbury, NC. Several miles from I-85.

Prefer longer-term lease, such as a year. But we can accommodate shorter leases.
