Our apartments are located 2 blocks from campus and are always freshly painted and white-glove clean. Updated Kitchen with Refrigerator, Self-Cleaning Gas Range, Over-The-Counter-Microwave, Dishwasher, and a Garbage Disposal. Large walk-in closet and a linen closet. Plantation-style window blinds.

The resident pays for electricity, gas, and internet. Renters' Insurance is necessary. Permitted street parking only. We are open to an indoor-only cat.
