    "I've owned my home in this safe west side neighborhood. There has been only one crime that I know of in my entire 30 years. My neighbors are diverse, educated and stable. I regularly walk to shopping and around Capital lake and even at night without fear."

    "There are many street people and the bars are loud. It doesnā€™t feel very clean or safe. There is also quite a bite of vandalism and graffiti and the police do not even come out for that. I love my apartment and the view, but it is not easy to live downtown."
