Cozy 1 bedroom *Quiet* duplex with an updated kitchen, hardwood floors, and a small office space off the living room. Please note that the rooms in the home are small. A king bed may fit in the master bedroom but will be a tight fit. Great for someone with smaller furniture and/or someone with pets who would like to easily let their dog out the back door :)
The basement is mostly unfinished (there is a little partially finished nook for a desk or small couch and TV) but great for storage!
Unit comes with 1 very large garage stall, ok to park 1-2 vehicles in the driveway & plenty of street parking out front.
We are pet friendly and do not charge any pet fees! Insurance will not take pittbulls or rottweilers. Occupants on other side are very quiet.
*Sorry but we are NOT section 8 certified!

SCREENING CRITERIA:
*Minimum credit score of 625
*Verifiable source of income
*No evictions in past 10 years
*No domestic or heavy drug charges in last 10 years

Tenant pays for heat and electric for their unit. Owner pays water and trash. Flexible lease options; month to month ok (6 month minimum preferred) welcome to stay many years if desired!
