We are looking for new tenants for this three-bedroom apartment. Our preference is people looking for a long term home (our last tenants stayed five years, the ones before that seven years). This is the lower unit of a central-Berkeley duplex, the downstairs flat in a quiet two-unit house. Perfect for grad students or a small family. We can be flexible on start date for the lease.

The living room has bonus space for a dining area or home office. Small laundry room with stacked washer and dryer, single bathroom with shower/tub. Backyard is shared with upstairs neighbors.

One mile to UC campus; pleasant walk or quick bike ride to campus, downtown Berkeley, BART, parks, libraries. Nearby eateries and neighborhood coffee shops. Amazing location for bikers.
