"We know all our neighbors. Stately old trees. Palmer Park less than 1/2 mile away. Close to great and fun surrounding suburbs. Super cozy and safe neighborhood. Elementary and middle school in the neighborhood. Close to University of Detroit and all expressways. Lots of kids and pets in the neighborhood. Neighbors are friendly and chatty. Fair and affordable taxes. Even qualified for NEZ for 12 years! Can't ask for more - except more accurate home values and better city services for the taxes, although we have great trash removal and curb side recycling. Frequent police and neighborhood security patrolling. Community involvement abundant. "
