There is a large deck off the dining room. Located in the Near South neighborhood the area is served by a twice an hour busstop which is a 1/2 block away. There is a designated bike lane to city center and UNL campus. The residence is on the Hazel Able Park block. It is a smoke free structure. The landlord is a resident in the apaartment house.     "It needs minor updates to fix certain things! Crime is next to none. Bus stops are almost everywhere so you can get to either downtown or wherever. And some volunteering places for those who want to give back to the community. People are friendly, some walk dogs. Area is kept clean except for occasional bad weather, then taken care of. But it's decent area of town to live."
