Darker neutral colors for the interior (flooring, walls) with the large kitchen area off of the family room. The family/great room is huge. The three standard bedrooms are all 10x10 to 10x12. The master bedroom is large toward the north side of the house. ** Preferred method of communication is thru Zillow or texts. Only one application is processed at a time. Tenants must view inside house before applying. Move in costs are 1st month prorated (daily rate divide by 30) security deposit one month, and a one time $300 lease fee & $50/application fee. Application fee is only charged upon acceptance. A $60 admin fee will be added to the monthly advertised rent.**
