"I do not have any pets to give an opinion. The area is nice. I do see people walking their dogs daily "
  • Cgreene911
"Quiet, Pet friendly. Neighbors are friendly and watch out for each other. There were 2 antagonists but fortunately they sold. The current Board is working hard to meet the requirements for a well maintained community that we can enjoy. Please ignore the previous negative comment. HOA fees are now $244 for the purpose of replenishing reserves that were depleted."
  • Janie Z.
"This is not a friendly community. Very clickish. There are bullies here and those who spy for the owner then report you. Those who call you a friend one day then stab you in the back the next day to join the newest ‘in crowd’. Do yourself a favor, buy elsewhere. "
  • Trulia User
"An old fashioned neighborhood where kids can have a little freedom. Very neighborly, quiet. City park with new play structure and community events"
  • Trulia User
"Food carts, Saturday market, park events like outdoor movies, boating festivals, litter clean-ups, small businesses, pier fishing, soccer, pickle ball "
  • J. M.
"Wonderful location 20 minutes from beautiful ⛱ beaches. The nicest place in Florida to live! Close to 75 and 275 and shopping is great around here with St Armands and University Mall just down a few exits."
  • Brittney J.
"The kind of neighbors you hope you have. That look out for you while you're out of town or pass sugar over the fence. Lots of families in the neighborhood and easy access to the highway. I work in Pinellas county and it's a short commute. "
  • Misty V.
"Easy drive to Tampa/St.Pete/Sarasota and without all the hussle and bussle of being right in a city. "
  • Rolandoramos87

  • Pat T.
"Charter school, grades K-8 within walking distance located in neighborhood. Homes surround Lake Joyce with kayaking and fishing."

  • Jodi R.
"Neighborhood is very friendly and full of families with kids of all ages. There are local farmers markets also. "
  • Monroe B.
"Lived here for 13 years. Friendly neighbors watching out for each other. A mobile home is not kid friendly "
