Great family community and perfect community for young professionals as well.

 I am looking for a reliable, high character and low maintenance renter to sign a minimum of 12-month lease. I've been renting out homes for almost 20 years and every single person that has ever rented from me have always been happy with the outcome. Several ended up buying homes after I helped them with their credit issues.
 No Smoking in the house. There is a 2 car garage and driveway so plenty of room for parking , walk in closets in both bedrooms and full size washer and dryer.
