Sunset view. Not windy. Huge lot. One level ranch home with views of the canyon and city. Pool and oversized spa. Fire pit. Shutters throughout. Upgraded fence. Arched hallways. Retreat off master hallway could be small bedroom. Huge master closet times 2. Double sinks in 2nd bathroom. Oversize 2nd bedroom. Great-room and den (4th bedroom turned into a den) for a living room. New fixtures. Jacuzzi tub in master. 4 car driveway. This is not a cheap property. Perfect for roommates but only with background check for all occupants. Security system and roving security patrol. Childproof fence required before move-in at renters expense. Owner is a teacher. Deposit is $8000 due to small landlord exemption from the recent California deposit limitations. This is my only rental (inheritance property) and has substantial upgrades and pool operation requirements. I want renters that will treat my house as if it were your own. Previous positive tenant references available on request. Rent is on a month to month lease due to possible renters inability to pay the rent or take care of the property.
