The house is built in a Japanese style it's extremely spacious and the backyard is spacious as well as equipped with a full access barbecue, with one stove top burner and a dining area since kitchen access is limited to microwave, washing your own dishes, and having your own utensils (owners oven only has 1 burner as well hence why they purchased a second BBQ with a burner for the renters to use). One male person only. This is probably the best neighborhood in Gardena. It's mainly Japanese folks and the house itself is built in a Japanese style. Two blocks away is a grocery store and In-N-Out Burger's along with panda express and the city of Torrance. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals seeking a quiet environment near their work in the LA area. Kitchen access is limited inside the house to washing dishes but there is a beautiful backyard with a full access barbecue kitchenette stove and dining area at everyone's disposal. Guest/girlfriend's are welcome in your room, restroom, backyard (the owner doesn't want people taking over his living room and kitchen, etc.) A guest can only stay for one night. The rate is $1100 a month and the move in cost is $2200 . Should be able to pass a credit and background check as long as income is 3x and you have paycheck stubs or bank statements to prove you have a job and Sufficient income and no prior evictions

People are buying up and remodeling houses on almost every block. Close to shopping, freeways, beaches, malls, stores.
