Our home comes furnished or unfurnished and we welcome dogs only with a non-refundable pet fee.

1 year lease. $1800 First Month's Rent, $1800 Security Deposit and Pet Deposit due upon signing lease. Renter is responsible for all utilities. Lawn care is negotiable per lease. No smoking inside home. Pet friendly. Home can come unfurnished or furnished.
